She is survived by: her parent Pauline Plociak (Stangis); her sons, Thomas Krzyzek (Gail) of Rome, NY and Donald Krzyzek of North Attleboro; and her siblings, Edmund and Matthew Plociak. She is also survived by grandchildren, five cherished great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
