She was predeceased by: her parents, Egidio Matta and Elizabeth Matta (Erano); her husband Manuel Prenda; her daughter Evelyn A. Shaver; and her siblings, Alphonse Matta, Salvatore Matta, Josephine Gorzynski, Pearl, Elizabeth Matta, Louis Vincent and Cecilia Murphy.
She is survived by: her children, Maureen P. Giunta of Maine and David J. Prenda, Sr. (Kyna) of Bristol; her grandchildren, Jennifer Fleming, Scott Kovach, David J. Prenda, Jr., Jason P. Prenda, Sr. and Elizabeth A. Gooding; her great grandchildren, Rachael A. Fleming, Layla A. Cocca, Cameron A. Kovach, Jude M. Gooding, Jason P. Prenda, Jr., Lucy P. Gooding, Thomas J. Prenda and Pipper-Ella Gooding; and her sister Frances Zerella. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
