Pemental Jr. of Bristol, Rhode Island, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on December 12, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pemental and Mary Pemental (Mello); and his children, John J. Pemental, III, Susan Pemental and Christopher Pemental.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his son Richard; and his brother Francis Pemental. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
