He is survived by: his children, Charles Street Martin (Kate) of Providence, RI and Jennifer M. Belvin (Dan) of Glocester, RI; his grandchildren, Emmy, Andy Belvin, Hope Andersen Street Martin and Charles Concannon Hunt Martin; his brother James Martin; and his caregiver Grace Cordeiro.
