She was predeceased by: her husband Henry M. Tyszkowski MD; her parents, Charles Maguire and Julia Maguire (Walker); and her daughter Joan E. MacDougall. She is survived by: her children, Henry M. Tyszkowski Jr. of Warwick and Marie A. Felicio of Fairfax, VA. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
