He was predeceased by: his parent Harry Hoff Sr.. He is survived by: his spouse Jean A. Hoff (McCarthy); his parent Ethel Hoff (Lerch); his children, Edward M Hoff, Joseph J. Hoff, Patricia A. DeWain, Cynthia L. Mascaro, James M. Hoff and Blyss A. Moyer; and his brother Thomas B. Hoff.
