He was predeceased by: his parents, John William II and Ellen Marie Holt (Hussier); and his former wife Sandra Holt (Harner). He is survived by: his wife Frances Jane Holt (Taylor); his stepsons, Gerrett Finke (Vicki Karandrikas) and Anthony Finke (Jessica); his stepgrandchildren, Anna and Blaine Finke; and his siblings, John William Holt III and Ellen Moon.
