He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Fink, Sr. and Margaret K. Starn (Smith); and his siblings, Earl R. Starn, Jr., Ammon Starn, Barry Lee Fink, Barbara A. McGirr, Margaret Smith, Alice Jacobs and Beverly Ann Helfrich.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley E. Fink (Wise); and his children, JoAnn Paules (Keith), Michael Stayman (Charlene) and Chris H. Stayman (Kathy). He is also survived by four granddaughters; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. John Lutheran Church.
