He was predeceased by: his wife Terri L. Hewitt (Wible); and his parents, Justin Hall Hewitt and Marian Hewitt (Gross). He is survived by: his children, Christine Reed, Lisa Reed, Eric Hewitt and Samantha Mikel; and his brothers, Edward Hewitt and John Hewitt. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
