He is survived by: his mother Magaly Borrero of York, PA; his brothers, Juan C. Moreno of York, PA, Christopher Hernàndez of Camden, NJ, Carlos Moreno, Wes Moreno of Philadelphia, PA and Orlando Ortiz Jr. of Salinas; his son Josmiel Borren of Delaware; and his aunts, Maria E. Romain and Milagros Rodriguez of Salinas. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
