She was predeceased by: her spouse Nevin R. Neff; her parents, Thomas B. Jennings and Alice Myrtle Jennings (Sherwood); her grandson Adam Troy Turner; and her siblings, John B. Jennings, Arthur W. Jennings, George H. Jennings, Ethel M. Plunkett, Franklin E. Jennings, Bertha M. Conger, Thomas J. Jennings, Edith A. Licht and Charles R. Jennings.

She is survived by: her children, David E. Miller (Diane) of West Virginia, Dixie L. Smith of Dover and Deanna L. Evans (Glenn) of York; and her stepson Barry L. Neff (Terry) of Cedar Creek, Texas.. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be offered in memory of Grace to Bethlehem Life Church, 109 E. Main Street, Dallastown, PA 17313.

The thing I remember most about my father and his siblings was they all had these beautiful smiles. I know there life wasn't easy growing up. So it always amazed me that they were always smiling.
