He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Edward and Clara Hughes Kauffman (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Kauffman (Markey); his daughters, Andie N. Arvin of Lancaster and Katie E. Arvin of York; and his brother Lee E. Kauffman (Melody) of Hellam. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
