Zellefrow, Sr. of Kittanning; his children, Duke Zellefrow, Jr., Alexis Zellefrow and Danielle Zellefrow; his sister Jean Zellefrow of Kittanning; his nieces and nephews, Kristie Scott and Kori Nichols; his sister Von Y. Salvio of Leechburg; and his nephews, Michael Salvio and Brian Salvio.
