She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Milliken and Nannie Milliken (Heginbotham); her husband Robert Chester Toy; her son Jack Nolan Toy; her great grandchild Jake Brendlinger; her siblings, James, Nelson, Frank, Neal Milliken, Denny, Ivan, Joseph Hooks, Helen Milliken and Katherine Hooks; and her grandmother Crissman.
She is survived by: her children, Sally Wolfe (John "Lenny") of Fenelton, Karen Bordick (Larry) of Kittanning, Roger Toy (Lee) of Kittanning and Philip Toy (Nila) of Cowansville; her daughter-in-law Juanita Pratkanis of Kittanning; her grandchildren, Tim (Kris), Dan (Jennifer), Kevin Wolfe (Leigh), Sean Bordick (Tracy), Jennifer Brendlinger (Scott), Tracey Kuntz (Jim) and Christopher Toy (Jill); her sisters-in-law, Vannie Toy, Virginia Milliken, Evelyn Hooks and Ann Kline; and her niece Judy Hooks. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
