He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank V. Ruffaner and Freda A. Ruffaner (Knappenberger); and his son Kenneth W. Ruffaner. He is survived by: his wife Jean Ruffaner (Wible) of Worthington; his children, Jeanie Schall (Bob) of Ravenna, OH and Clifford Ruffaner (Rhonda) of Butler, PA; his grandchildren, Heather Urbanek (Geoffrey) of Streetsboro, OH, Amanda Schall of Ravenna, Jason Schall of Diamond, OH, Matthew Stitt (Amber) of Ford City, PA, Kiley Jewart (Ian) of Butler, PA, Kurtis Ruffaner (Kala) of Butler, PA and Kara Ruffaner of Butler, PA; and his sister Martha Tribby (Harry) of New Wilmington, PA.. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will hold a private visitation and service with the Rev. Neal Reedy officiating.
Family asks that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to a charity of your choice.
