She is survived by: her husband Chambers Helm Johns of Worthington; her children, Douglas Johns (Tammi) of Georgia, Clifford Johns of Ford City, Melissa Johns (Donald Bupp) of Worthington and Matt Johns (Janine) of Washington, PA; and her brother Darrel Blank of Connecticut. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
