She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Kemp and Lula Kemp (Durst); her husband John R. Smith; and her siblings, Bud, Robert, Jack, Don Kemp, Marg Holler, Sis Garlitz and Loretta Burkholder.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Smith (Pam) and Deborah Hodak (Jeff); her grandchildren, Josh Hodak, Brock Hodak (Wendy), Zach Smith and Amber Hutchman (Matt); her great grandchildren, Brody, Gracie Hodak, Aubrey Smith, Olivia, Norah and Simon Hutchman; and her sister Betty Bolden.
