He is survived by: his son James Milligan Jr. (Tina) of Worthington; his grandchildren, Tanni Milligan of Butler, Kendra Milligan of Slippery Rock, Jennifer Herold (Joshua) of Sarver, Chris Carlson of Sarver, David Carlson of South Carolina, Jacob Shalbot of Prospect and Joshua Milligan of Worthington; his great grandchildren, Xander Wong of Worthington, William, Wyatt Herold of Sarver and Malaiya Nelson of Butler; and his close friend Phyllis Westerman of Connoquenessiing. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
