He was predeceased by: his father Melvin 'Stump Bumbarger Jr.; his sister Lori Ann Bumbarger; and his grandparents, Melvin, Carmen Bumbarger, Sr., Alfred and Gertrude Godissart.
He is survived by: his mother Margaret Swatsworth (Godissart); his son Storm Bumbarger (Chelsea); his grandchildren, Harper Bumbarger and Ridge Bumbarger; his sisters, Lisa Cummings (Gary) and Tracy Kephart (William Sr.); his stepsiblings, Jennifer Swatsworth, Candace Weindler, Melody Allesander, April Sakerak, Jason Swatsworth (Lori) and David Swatsworth (Josh); and his nieces and nephews, William Kephart, Jr., Zachary Kephart, Kyler Kephart, Matthew Kephart, Desarae James, Sherri James and Sabrina Bloom.
