It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Marie Lander of Woodland, Pennsylvania, born in New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 22, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Gathers and Maxine Gathers (Holden); her stepson Marvin Lander Jr.; her nephew Justin Gathers; and her niece Ashley Gathers.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin; her children, Terry Schmader (Denise) of Lucinda and Heather Shreffler (Matthew) of Franklin; her stepchildren, Tricia Antonis (Michael) of Alexandria, Ryan Simpson of Clarion and Brady Simpson of San Diego, California.; her grandchildren, Avery Schmader, Cameron Schmader, Danielle Hogue (Tyler), Trenton Hogue (Sarah), Alexsis Shreffler (Tyler), C. J. Shreffler (Malliah), Sara Lander (Ryan Irwin) and Rebecca Lander; her great grandchildren, Nikolai and Remi Jean; and her brothers, John Gathers (Sharon) and Larry Gathers (Melinda).
