It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edith Rose Mackereth of Woodland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 22, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill Watson and Ruth Watson (Beirly); and her siblings, Jean Emerson, Dave, Albert, James, Pete, Walter and Tom Watson.
She is survived by: her husband William J. Mackereth of Woodland; her children, James W. Mackereth (Barbara) of Bellmeade, Elizabeth R. Schenk of New Kensington and Susan L. Porter (Chris) of Warrington; her grandchildren, Nathaniel Mackereth, Matthew Mackereth, Katherine Leigey (Robert), Andrew Gormont, Lauren McGinley (Mike) and Colin Porter; and her great grandchild Hannah Leigey.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to The Presbyterian Church, 119 N. Second Street, Clearfield, PA 16830.
