She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hook and Nancy Hook (Harconich); her husband John C. Lucas; her siblings, Metro, George, Harry, Michael, Ann, Marie, Mary and Josephine; and her brother-in-law Edward Washko.
She is survived by: her children, John Lucas (Judie) and Debbie (Bob Probert); her granddaughters, Kristi (Scott Japalucci) and Heather (Ryan Fatich); her great grandchild Alayna; her grandchildren, Alexander and Scarlett; and her siblings, Steven Hook (Kay) and Nancy Washko. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Windber Covenant Brethren Church or Windber Woods in her memory.
