She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Foust and Freda Foust (Frye); her siblings, George, Richard Foust, Alice Cook, Ethel Figard and LaRue Price; and her son-in-law Barry Schmidt.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond E. Harclerode; her children, David Harclerode (Tina) of Windber, Thomas Harclerode (Pamela), Virginia, Karen Schmidt and Terri (James Cubeta); her grandchildren, Jessica, Andrew, Travis, Jared, Jaymie, Jeanna, Paige and Madeline; her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Jason, Cade, Carter, Barrett, Ruby and Gavin; and her siblings, Edward Foust, Robert Foust, Shirley Deyarmin and Mary Manges. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In memory of Frances, a memorial donation may be directed to the Scalp Level Covenant Brethren Church or Windber Woods Senior Living & Rehabilitation Center both of Windber, PA.
