He was predeceased by: his parents, Oradell Howard and Sylvia Howard (Eck); his wife Beverly; his son Daniel E. Sayah II; and his grandson Seth Howard.
He is survived by: his children, Neil L. Howard, Jr. (Michele) of Manheim, Danita Sayah (Timothy Klotz) of Williamsport and Linda G. Kilburn (Timothy) of Reinholds; and his daughter-in-law Debra Sayah. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
