Foulkrod of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on May 21, 2024, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Arthur Foulkrod and Helen Lee Johnson (Younkin); his brother Daniel Foulkrod; and his stepfather Harold Johnson. He is survived by: his siblings, Stephen Foulkrod (Susan) of Cogan Station, Kenneth Foulkrod of Williamsport, Patricia Caccia (Michael) of South Williamsport and Charles Foulkrod of Cicero, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
