He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Hibbs, Sr. and Genevieve Hibbs (Grieneisen); and his brothers, William R Hibbs, Jr. and Chester Hibbs. He is survived by: his sisters, Rosella McGlasson (Dan), Kathleen Copelin (Mike) and Barbara Hibbs-Clark (Kevin); and his sister-in-law Judy. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
