He was predeceased by: his parents, Dahlia Lackmeyer (Callen) and Robert Lackmeyer. He is survived by: his wife Terry (Haupt); his brothers, Rob Lackmeyer (Patti) and Jeff Lackmeyer (Leigh); his sister-in-law Patt Janiszewski; his niece Krista; and his nephew Dennis.
