With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Lou Kirkland of West Pittston, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 11, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hancock and Eleanor Hancock; her husband Jasper "Jabbo" Kirkland, Jr.; and her brother Bill Hancock (Carol). She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Kimberly Lombardo (Tony) of Avoca, Kara Knight (Ron Bulford) of Harding and Karen Luff (David) of West Pittston; and her sister Nancy Hancock of Dallas. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
