He is survived by: his wife Marie (Nuzzalo); his sister Marie Lucille Melvin; his children, Fred Melvin, Summer Belles (Chris), Joshua and Karen Ferrett (John); his granddaughters, Kara and Alexandra Yanik (Stan); his sons, Richard Melvin (Diane) and Jon Melvin (Mary Kay); his grandchild Courtney; his child Kathi Ruane; his grandchildren, Lukas and Sage; and his great grandchildren, Mia and Andie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in Fred's memory may be made to Corpus Christi Parish.
