He is survived by: his mother Barbara DeFuso of West Lawn, PA.; his children, Zachery DeFuso of Summit Hill, PA, Dominic DeFuso of Philadelphia, PA, Gabriella Frick of Pottsville, PA, Tristan Selig of Tamaqua, PA and Brandon Laudenslager of Tamaqua, PA; and his siblings, Angela M. Gross of Mohnton, PA, Frank DeFuso of Rehoboth Beach, DE, Michael DeFuso, Jr. of Wernersville, PA, Scott Gust of Wyomissing, PA and Richard Gust of West Reading, PA.. He is also survived by five Grandchildren.
