He is survived by: his wife Louise Crampton Lewis; his daughters, Jody Graver (Denard) and Deborah Lewis (John); his grandchildren, Jerrell Graver, Jorden Graver and Joseph Lewis; and his brothers, Charles Lewis and David Lewis.
