She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil T. Heath; her parents, Harry S. Chesnet and Sara Bones Chesnet; her daughter Dolores Miller; and her siblings, Elizabeth, Dorothy, Raymond and Harry.
She is survived by: her daughter Ruth Ann Miller (David, Sr.) of Newark, DE; her grandchildren, David Miller, Jr., Kevin Thompson, Jonathan Miller, Allan Thompson, Ashley Thompson and Jeffrey Miller, Sr.; her great grandchildren, Sierra, Cayden, Kaylie, Delana, Jeffrey, Jr., Makayla, Alex, Mackenzie, Zariah, Ashton, Alana and Allisa; and her siblings, James "Pork" Chesnet, Richard "Ike" Chesnet of Stillwater, Allen "Pete" Chesnet of Gum Tree, Donald "Tub" Chesnet of Norwood, Edward "Eddie" Chesnet and Sally O'Bryan.
