She was predeceased by: her parents, Beatrice Pernsley and Leslie S. Pernsley; her children, Terrance and Barbara; and her siblings, Leslie, Donald, Leon, Raymond, William, Clarence Pernsley, Lillian Pernsley and Ruth Hunt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Velinda, J. Glasco (Roland) of Lancaster, Deborah Gray of Lancaster and Pattricia Harrison (Frank) of Lancaster. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and a host of great and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
