He was predeceased by: his parent Lawrence Giles. He is survived by: his parent Sylvia Giles (Unger); his wife Thelma M. Giles (Weber); his children, Clair E. Giles, Jr. of Wellsville, Rick A. Giles of San Diego, CA, Sherry Rodgers and Deanna D. Rankin; and his sisters, Ruth Wagamoth of Dover, Alma Murray of Carlisle, Arthena Heffelfinger of Mechanicsburg, Doris Chrismore of Mechanicsburg and Shirlene Myers of Mechanicsburg. He is also survived by six grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
