He was predeceased by: his wife Rozanne M. Moyer (Garbacik); his parents, Herbert Moyer and Mildred Moyer (Wedgie); his granddaughter Sarah J. Moyer; and his siblings, Bernadette, Marie, Geraldine, Dolores, Betty, Calvin, George, Herbert Jr., Robert and Michael.
He is survived by: his children, Bonita A. Moyer (Glenn O'Donnell) and William J. Moyer (Lisa); his grandchildren, Rebecca L. Ormiston (Christian Ormiston) and William J. Moyer Jr. (Samantha Snyder); his great grandchild Oliver P. Ormiston of Weatherly; his siblings, Carmella Nahay of Harwood, James Moyer (Patricia) of Pardeesville, Anthony Moyer (Wilberta) of Pardeesville and John Moyer (Debbie) of Pardeesville; and his nephew William.
