He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret B. Moeller. He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Avery (Stephen) and Michael (Kimberly); his grandsons, Andrew, Skyler Avery, Peter and Alexander Moeller; and his stepchildren, Beth A. Webb, Daniel B. Boyer III, Geoffrey F. Boyer, Randolph W. Boyer and Henry K. Boyer. He is also survived by 12 step grandchildren.
