He is survived by: his mother Dawn Yacovelli of Tamaqua, PA; his grandmother Madeline Amy Behler of Tamaqua, PA; his brothers, Justin Stephens and Chad Stephens of Tamaqua, PA; his nephew Grayson Stephens; his niece Annika Stephens; his cousins, Nicole, Josh Stephens, Ben and Sol Serano; and his stepsiblings, Carson Stephens, Cole Curtis and Jordan Patterson.
