She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold J. Hoffman and Aletha Hoffman (Werkheiser); her husband Burton K. Lewis; and her brother Harold J. Hoffman, Jr.. She is survived by: her brothers, Henry R. Hoffman (Sylvia) of Weatherly and Bruce Hoffman (Lisa) of Weatherly.
