She is survived by: her children, Charles A. Wade of Waynesburg and Janet White of Waynesburg; her children-in-law, Barbara Wade and Arthur White; her grandchildren, Steven White, Leanna White, Charles White, Lillian Wade, Amanda Wade and Dustin; her siblings, Bill, Larry, Elsie, Linda Swick, Treva White, Pascal, Harold and Wanda Johnson; her pet Jimbo; her great grandchild Logan White; and her husband Ken Wade. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to st Jude's Children's research.
