She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Swab of Warren, PA; her siblings, Joseph Gurdak (Susan), Paul Gurdak (Karen), Walter Gurdak (Sue), Kim Gurdak (Kathy) and Mary Lee Gurdak Stenstrom (Stephen); her grandchildren, Dominick, Sierra Syphertt and Trekia Swab; and her great grandchildren, Drake, Hadley, Adelyn, Nova, Ava and Rilyn.
