She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur E. Burgeson and Eva L. Burgeson (Irwin); her husband Clyde J. Farnsworth; her brothers, Donald and Richard Burgeson; and her grandson Ricky Farnsworth.

She is survived by: her children, Steven Farnsworth of Montana, David Farnsworth of Warren, Julie Milliner (Anthony) of Tampa and Michael Farnsworth (Linda) of Russell, PA. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
