She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Smith and Mildred Smith; and her sister Patricia. She is survived by: her husband James Chew of Rio Grande, NJ; her brothers, Tom Smith of Warren, PA and Jimmy Smith of Cocoa, FL; and her daughters, Michelle Smith of Estillfork, AL, Rebecca Mitchell of Litchfield Park, AZ, Judi Klingele of Erma, NJ and Paula Jo Surla of Brunswick, GA. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and countless other family members and friends.
