He is survived by: his stepfather Tom Chalfont of Westlake, OH.; his wife Brenda; his daughter Erica Herbert (Heather McAleer) of Ohio; his stepchildren, Ryan, Brandon Durnell and Heather Durnell; and his grandchildren, Austin, Jared, Marissa, Kaydon and Landon Durnell.
