With profound sadness, we say goodbye to George E. Belin of Warren, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Belin and Ruby Belin (Richardson); his wife Eleanor Stiles Belin; his brother James "Jim" Belin; his close friend Pat Orcutt; his son-in-law Daniel Brown; and his brother-in-law Arthur Twigg.
He is survived by: his children, George R. Belin (Tammy) of Russell and Evelyn Brown of Warren; his siblings, John Belin (Carol) of Phillipsburg, PA and Carol Twigg of Smoke Run, PA; his grandchildren, Donald Brown, Doug Brown (Kayla), Traci Gregory (Dan) and Jenneifer Dell (Kurt Upton); his great grandchildren, Dominic Dell, Konstanze Dell, Katie Upton and Raegan Brown; and his daughter-in-law Donna Bielawski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
