He is survived by: his parents, Minnie Kinney and Luther Kinney; his spouse Linda Ramsey Kinney; his children, Freida Kinney of Pittsburgh, Mark Kinney of Monongahela, Andre, Kent and Simone Ramsey of Uniontown; his siblings, Claudette Chism of Pittsburgh and Robert Kinney of Blairsville; and his close friend Rogene Truly.
