He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Slick; and his grandfathers, Emmitt "Jep" Jessup and George. He is survived by: his mother Corrine A. Slick (Jessup); his close friend Lettia Suchevich; his son Lemmy Slick; his siblings, Bill Slick (Larry) and Gina Keane (Shawn); his grandmothers, Betty Jessup and Irene Blasovich; and his nieces and nephews, Shawn and Khloe. He is also survived by loving cousins and friends.
