He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Heath, Sr. and Elizabeth Zeh Heath; and his siblings, Jim Heath and Jean Douglas. He is survived by: his sons, David Heath (Deanna) of Guys Mills and Barry Heath (Sherry) of Townville; his grandchildren, Jenny Leonhart (Ben) and Jeremy Heath (Alicia); his great grandchildren, Natalie, Nathan and Nora Leonhart; and his former wife Shirley Heath. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
