He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Parker and Rose M. Steadman Parker; his brothers, Larry and Ronnie; and his son Bruce Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Barbara Parker (Russ Dempsey) of Centerville, Michelle Parker of North Dakota, Debbie Mitchell of North East, Bruce Parker (Linda) of Perry, David Parker (Karen) of Saegertown and Randy Parker (Robin) of Centerville; his stepson Howard Huber (Heidi) of Oxford, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Bryan Parker (Danielle), Tanya Pursey (James), Wendy Parker, Mirrissa Parker, Brooke Parker, Sara Parker (Josh Cashdollar) and Gabrielle Parker; and his brother Richard Parker of Sarasota, Florida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made in Bruce's memory to the Yolanda G. Barco Oncology Institute, 16792 Conneaut Lake Road, Meadville, PA 16335.
