She was predeceased by: her father Harold Swab; her husband Dr. Donald H; and her brother Paul R. Swab of Lebanon. She is survived by: her sons, Donald H. 'Pete Evans, Jr. (Barbara) of Harrisburg and James R. Evans (Leslie Brown) of Vashon Island, Wash.; her grandchildren, Suzanne Evans Warner (Nevin) of Harrisburg, Andrea Evans (Jody Evans) of Ardmore and Peter Evans of Portland, Ore.; her great grandchildren, Morgan of Harrisburg and Riley Warner of Harrisburg; and her nieces, Christina Hagewiesche and Michelle Leibig.
