He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Harry Leroy Hawke and Mary Alice Jennings Hawke of Towanda; his brother Paul Jennings Brennan; and his nephew Adam David Hawke. He is survived by: his sons, Michael M. Hawke of Ithaca, NY and Steven H. Hawke of Charlotte; his siblings, Nancy H. Bomboy of Towanda, PA, Dr. David B. Hawke (Debra) of Blythewood, SC and James L. Hawke of Longmont, CO; and his nieces, Michelle E. Knight (Brian) of Shavertown, PA and Erin L. Brown (David) of Stevensville, PA.
